Subject: Workshop report

Summary

The following short report summarizes the results of the blogging workshop.
The report also offers suggestions for improving future projects.

Introduction

The workshop was given in the lab room (10.206) from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Sixteen students from the college attended.

Results

The purpose of the workshop presentation was to show the students how to create a new blog and how to add multimedia to it.

This objective was met. Every student successfully sat at a computer and started working on the blogs. However, it took longer than originally expected. In the feedback forms, two workshop students said they would have liked to listen only instead of listening and working at the computers at the same time. The rest of the participants said they liked the workshop very much. Other suggestions given from the participants were to be better prepared, start on time, and speak more loudly.

Conclusion

In conclusion, our project went very well. All the participants were able to create a new blogs and to add videos, pictures and slideshows to them. Fourteen out of sixteen participants said they really liked the workshop and two wanted to listen only without working with us at the computers.

The next time I do this type of class project I would suggest we start the workshop earlier before the end of the semester, so that we have enough time to prepare. My favorite part of the workshop was inviting my friends. I also liked teaching my friends and showing them what English I have learned in my computer class.

Titanic

To begin, Brock Lovett (Bill Paxton) was someone who searches under the sea, so suddenly he found a blue diamond and paper of drawing. So, he believed that this diamond must be for one beautiful lady. In addition they showed it in the TV. As a result one old woman saw what’s on the TV, and she told them that picture is her picture. Also, she started to tell them her story. When she joined the Titanic she was 17 and her mother took her to the America to marry with one rich man .Even though, Rose (Gloria Stewart) wasn’t happy and she decides to kill herself, but Jack (Leonardo Deception) saved her life. Also, they spent many time together until they felled in love. As a result, Cal Hockley (Billy Zane) becomes very jealous, and then he tried to do everything he can to keep Jack away from Rose, but he couldn’t. Finally, jack died and rose survived.

A HEALTHY WAY TO USE YOUR COMPUTER....

1)You should stay one meter away from other computers.

2) You should look around the room or look out the window every 20 minutes.

3) You should sit on a comfortable chair that supports your lower back and is adjustable.

4) You shouldn’t sit too close to the monitor.

5) You should position the keyboard same hight as your elbows.

How are you? I’ve looked at some computers and I have some good advice for you.

I looked at three types of computers, which are iMac, Dell and HP. The iMac is the most expensive at 1,200 dollars. The Dell has the slowest CPU at 1.8 GHz. The HP has the biggest capacity of all. It has 360 GB of hard drive space. In addition, it has more RAM at 3GB, but the HP comes without a monitor.

For these reasons, you should buy an HP, but you must buy a monitor.
